The present application relates to the technical field of communications. Provided in the embodiments of the present application are a discrete time filter, a receiver, a transmitter and a communication device, which are used for solving problems that during adjustment of a feedback coefficient in an existing discrete time filter, extra power consumption will be increased and adjustment is inconvenient. The discrete time filter comprises a transconductance circuit, a switched capacitor filter circuit, a first sampling capacitor, a second sampling capacitor and a switch. An output end of the transconductance circuit is connected to a first node by means of the switched capacitor filter circuit, a first end of the first sampling capacitor and a first electrode of the switch are both connected to the first node, a second pole of the switch and a second end of the first sampling capacitor are both grounded, and the second sampling capacitor is connected to the switch. By switching a connection end of a switch, sampling is achieved, and a negative feedback is provided, thereby achieving adjustment of a feedback coefficient.
