Abstract:
A display apparatus and a display method. The display apparatus comprises: a display (100) and an optically adjustable device (150). The display (100) comprises a display screen (110) configured to display an image; and the optically adjustable device (150) is arranged on one side of the display screen (110) for displaying, and the optically adjustable device (150) is configured to adjust the distance between a virtual image formed by the image through the optically adjustable device (150) and the display screen (110). By means of the display apparatus, the function of protecting eyesight can be achieved.
