Abstract:
Provided in the present application are a display assembly, a display device, and a fingerprint recognition method. The display assembly comprises a display panel and a fingerprint recognition module arranged on a light-exiting surface of the display panel. The fingerprint recognition module comprises multiple fingerprint recognition units. The fingerprint recognition units each at least comprise one phototransistor and one switching transistor. The phototransistor comprises a first active layer, a first gate electrode, a first source electrode, and a first drain electrode. Materials for manufacturing the first active layer comprise an organic semiconductor material. The first drain electrode and the first gate electrode partly overlap to form a first capacitor. The switching transistor comprises a second active layer, a second gate electrode, a second source electrode, and a second drain electrode. The fingerprint recognition module comprises a first metal layer. The first source electrode, the first drain electrode, the second source electrode, and the second drain electrode are arranged on the first metal layer, and, the first drain electrode is connected to the second source electrode. The present application increases the collimation of a fingerprint-reflected light, increases the accuracy of fingerprint recognition, and reduces the degree of complexity of the structure of and a process for the display assembly at the same time.
