Abstract:
Provided is a display device comprising: a laminate structure in which a first substrate that has a display unit composed of a plurality of light-emitting elements and a drive circuit unit provided around the display unit, and a second substrate that transmits light from the plurality of light-emitting elements, are laminated on each other; and a light-blocking structure composed of a first light-blocking film that covers at least a portion of the drive circuit unit, and a second light-blocking film that covers at least a portion of a region facing the drive circuit unit, said region being part of the surface of the second substrate that faces the first substrate.
