Abstract:
Provided is a display device having an imaging function. Also provided is an imaging device or a display device having high resolution. The display device has first to third switches, first and second transistors, a capacitor, first and second wires, and a light emitting/receiving element. In the first switch, one electrode is electrically connected to the first wire and the other electrode is electrically connected to one electrode of the capacitor and a gate of the first transistor. In the second switch, one electrode is electrically connected to one of a source and a drain of the first transistor and to one electrode of the light emitting/receiving element and the other electrode of the capacitor, the other electrode is electrically connected to a gate of the second transistor and one electrode of the third switch. In the third switch, the other electrode is electrically connected to the second wire. The light receiving/emitting element has a function of emitting light of a first color and a function of receiving light of a second color.
