Abstract:
A display device (1) comprises: a cavity structure (3) having a display surface (4) and a plurality of cavities (3a) in the display surface (4); and a light-emitting element (2) housed in each of the plurality of cavities (3a). With respect to each of a plurality of light-emitting elements (2), if the amount of positional error of a reference position of the light-emitting element (2) with respect to a planned placement position on the bottom surface of the cavity (3a) is ΔPn (where n is an integer of two or more, and ΔPn is a scalar quantity), a mean value of ΔPn is less than or equal to a predetermined value.
