Abstract:
Provided in the present disclosure are a display panel and a display apparatus. The display panel comprises: a base substrate; a plurality of touch control electrodes, at least a portion being located in a display area on the base substrate; a plurality of touch control leads, which are located on the base substrate; one end of a touch control lead is coupled to a touch control electrode, and the other end is located in a peripheral area; a plurality of data leads, which are located in the peripheral area on the base substrate; a plurality of shielding lines, which are located on the base substrate in the peripheral area; an orthogonal projection of a shielding line on the base substrate is located between an orthogonal projection of a touch control lead on the base substrate and an orthogonal projection of a data lead on the base substrate, and at least two shielding lines among the plurality of shielding lines in the display panel are shorted to each other. Mutual interference of a touch signal and a data signal is alleviated; additionally, in the display panel, the number of connection terminals to which the shielding wires need to connect can be reduced, allowing the number of data lines at an edge of the display panel and the number of connection terminals in a bonding region to be more easily matched.
