The display substrate comprises: a base substrate (101); and an organic layer (102) located at one side of the base substrate (101). The organic layer (102) comprises a planarization layer (1021) and a plurality of support structures (1022), wherein the planarization layer (1021) comprises a plurality of via holes; the support structures (1022) are located at the side of the planarization layer (1021) away from the base substrate (101) and are integrally arranged with the planarization layer (1021); and the orthographic projections of the support structures (1022) on the base substrate (101) do not overlap with the orthographic projections of the via holes on the base substrate (101).
