Abstract:
A display substrate, a preparation method therefor, and a display device. A display substrate (100) comprises a base substrate (1000), a lead (1210), a plurality of contact pads (1310), a first insulation stacked layer (1320), and a second insulation stacked layer (1330). The base substrate (1000) comprises a display region (1100) and a dam region (1102) at least partially surrounding the display region. The dam region (1102) is located away from a transition region (1103) on a side of the display region. The transition region (1103) is located away from a first bonding region (1300) and a bonding periphery region (1500) at a side of the dam region (1102). The plurality of contacts pads (1310) are located in the first bonding region (1300), and are configured to be electrically connected to the lead (1210). The first insulation stacked layer (1320) is located in the first bonding region (1300), and the second insulation stacked layer (1330) is located in the bonding periphery region (1500). At least two insulation layers of the second insulation stacked layer (1330) extend into the first bonding region (1300) to define the first insulation stacked layer (1320). The thickness of the first insulation stacked layer (1320) is less than that of the second insulation stacked layer (1330) in a direction perpendicular to the base substrate.
