Abstract:
Provided is a system that allows a user to input an answer more smoothly. A display update device of the present invention is characterized by comprising a storage means, a display means, an input determination means, an elapsed time acquisition means, and an update means, wherein: the storage means stores a plurality of questions and an update time n; the display means displays, on a display unit, the question, an input area for an answer to the question, the input area being a touch panel; the input determination means determines start and end of a touch by the user on the input area; the elapsed time acquisition means acquires an elapsed time from the end of the touch; when the elapsed time reaches the update time n, the update means updates the display of the input area on the display unit to display of a new input area; and the update time n is set to a time that satisfies a predetermined expression.
