Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments. Disclosed is a double cannula knife great saphenous vein harvesting device, comprising a handle, a cannula knife, and a protective cannula. The protective cannula is arranged inside the cannula knife and passes through the handle. A driving mechanism is arranged inside the handle to drive the cannula knife to move relative to the handle. A threading cylinder is fixedly mounted at the top end of the handle. One end of the protective cannula extends into the interior of the protective cannula, and a first fixing mechanism for fixing a guide wire is arranged in the threading cylinder. One end of the guide wire inside the threading cylinder can be fixed by means of the first fixing mechanism in the present invention, preventing the movement of the guide wire relative to the protective cannula, which ensures that the guide wire can better position the cannula knife, allowing for more precise movement of the cannula knife during tissue cutting and further avoiding accidental vascular injury. The arrangement of the first fixing mechanism enables the fixation of the guide wire to be more convenient, reducing surgical complexity and improving ease of use.
