Technical Field The present invention relates to a double-structure paper cup having a corrugated surface, and more particularly to, a double-structure paper cup having a corrugated surface in which a user can hold the cup by the hand without feeling heat and use it conveniently, and the transversely corrugated surface formed on the wall of the outer paper cup prevents the cup from being slid from the hand when a user holds it by the hand and thus makes the user use it with safety and conveniently.
Background Art Conventional paper cups are of a onefold thin flat paper material. Thus, if a user holds such s conventional paper cup containing a hot drink by the hand, he or she feels heat directly from the paper cup. Also, since the surface of the paper cup is flat, it may be slid when a user holds it by the hand.
Disclosure of the Invention To solve the above problems, it is an object of the present invention to provide a double-structure paper cup having a corrugated surface which can prevent heat from being transferred to a user who holds the double-structure paper cup containing a hot drink by the hand and prevent the double-structure paper cup from being slid from the hand when a user holds it by the hand. To accomplish the above object of the present invention, according to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a double-structure paper cup comprising: an innerpaper cup having a lip formed in an opening end thereof; and an outer paper cup having a corrugated surface formed on the wall thereof and having no lip formed in an opening end thereof, wherein the two inner and outer paper cups are overlapped into a single paper cup where a space is formed between the overlapped walls of the two inner and outer paper cups since the corrugated surface of the outer paper cup contacts the wall of the inner paper cup. Preferably, the corrugated surface is formed transversely or longitudinally.
Brief Description of the Drawings The above and other objects and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent by describing the preferred embodiment thereof in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings in which: FIG. 1 is a side view showing an inner paper cup; FIG. 2 is a longitudinal cross-sectional view of the inner paper cup of FIG. 1; FIG. 3 is a side view showing an outer paper cup; FIG. 4 is a longitudinal cross-sectional view of the outer paper cup of FIG. 3; FIG. 5 is a longitudinal cross-sectional view showing the state where the inner paper cup and the outer paper cup are coupled; and FIG. 6 is a side view showing a double-structure paper cup having a corrugated surface according to the present invention.
Best Mode for Carrying out the Invention Hereinbelow, a double-structure paper cup having a transversely corrugated surface according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the present invention, the corrugated surface formed on the outer paper cup can be formed transversely or longitudinally. However, for convenience of explanation, only an embodiment of the present invention which adopts a transversely corrugated surface formed on an outer paper cup will be described below. Referring to FIGs.1 and 2, an inner paper cup 1 is produced, in which a paper cup lip 2 is formed in the opening end of the inner paper cup 1. Referring to FIGs.3 and 4, an outer paper cup 3 is produced, in which a paper cup lip 2 is not formed in the opening end of the outer paper cup 4, and a transversely corrugated surface 5 is formed on the outer wall surface of the outer paper cup 4. As shown in FIGs. 5 and <q, if the inner paper cup 1 having a paper cup lip 2 is inserted into an opening entrance 6 of the outer paper cup 4, the transversely corrugated surface 5 formed on the wall surface of the outer paper cup 4 contact the wall surface of the inner paper cup 1. Accordingly, a space is formed between the two inner and outer paper cups 1 and 4. Thus, heat of a hot drink contained in the inner paper cup 1 is not transferred to the outer paper cup 4. Also, the transversely corrugated surface 5 formed on the outer paper cup 4 prevents the cup from being slid from a user who holds the cup by the hand. That is, the two inner and outer paper cups 1 and 4 are overlapped into a single paper cup where heat of a hot drink contained in the inner paper cup 1 is not well transferred to the outer paper cup 4 due to a space 7 formed between the inner and outer paper cups 1 and 4 and the cup is prevented from being slid from a user who holds it by the hand due to the transversely corrugated surface 5. In FIGs. 2 and 4, a reference numeral 3 denotes a leg of an inner paper cup 1 or an outer paper cup 4. As described above, the double-structure paper cup according to the present invention can make users who hold paper cups enjoy taste and flavor of hot drinks contained in the paper cup conveniently and with safety. Industrial Applicability As described above, the present invention provides a double-structure paper cup having a transversely corrugated surface, in which a user can hold the cup by the hand without feeling heat and use it conveniently, and the transversely corrugated surface formed on the wall of the outer paper cup prevents the cup from being slid from the hand when a user holds it by the hand and thus makes the user use it with safety and conveniently. As described above, the present invention has been described with respect to a particularly preferred embodiment. However, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and it is possible for one who has an ordinary skill in the art to make various modifications and variations, without departing off the spirit of the present invention. Thus, the protective scope of the present invention is not defined within the detailed description thereof but is defined by the claims to be described later and the technical spirit of the present invention.
