Abstract:
The present application relates to a downlink transmission method and a terminal device. The downlink transmission method comprises: a terminal device determining, according to a PCID carried in a first SSB, a multiplexing mode for the first SSB and a downlink signal; and the terminal device receiving, according to the multiplexing mode, the first SSB and/or the downlink signal. By determining a multiplexing mode for a first SSB and a downlink signal by means of a PCID carried in the first SSB, multiplexing of SSBs from different cells and other downlink signals can be supported, so as to better support multi-TRP transmission between cells.
