Abstract:
The present application provides a drive circuit, a control method, a power supply module, and an electronic device. The drive circuit can drive N main transistors. The drive circuit comprises a voltage control circuit, a coupling circuit, and N charging and discharging control circuits. The coupling circuit comprises a primary winding and N first secondary windings. The voltage control circuit drives the primary winding to generate a periodic first voltage and a periodic second voltage in response to a plurality of control pulse signals. Each charging and discharging control circuit is used for controlling, according to a first induced electromotive force and a second induced electromotive force generated by coupling of the correspondingly connected first secondary winding, a control electrode of the correspondingly connected main transistor to charge and discharge, so as to control the correspondingly connected main transistor to be turned on and off. The range of the duty cycle of the effective level of the control pulse signals in one cycle is set to be 4%-30%, so that the control pulse signals can achieve a short pulse form to quickly drive the control electrodes of the main transistors to charge and discharge, thereby achieving the cutoff effect of the primary winding and the secondary windings, and reducing driving loss.
