Abstract:
It is desirable to realize a drive device in which the inner peripheral surface of a rotor shaft can be cooled efficiently by cooling oil. Provided is a drive device (1) in which: an outer engagement section (12) that is a plurality of mutually parallel engagement grooves extending in the axial direction (X) is formed in at least part of the region of an inner peripheral surface (14) of a rotor shaft (10) that overlaps a rotor core (Ro) when viewed from the radial direction; an inner engagement section (22) that is a plurality of mutually parallel engagement grooves extending in the axial direction (X) and that engages with the outer engagement section (12) is formed in an outer peripheral surface (21) of a power transmission shaft (20); and a supply oil path (51) that supplies cooling oil to an axial-direction oil path (50) which is a gap formed between the outer engagement section (12) and the inner engagement section (22) and extending in the axial direction (X), is formed in the drive transmission shaft (20).
