Abstract:
The present invention is provided with: a cylindrical fixed part 2 that is centered on a prescribed central axis O; a cylindrical movable part 3 which is disposed inside the fixed part 2 in such a manner as to be centered on the central axis O; and a voice coil motor 4 which is capable of relatively moving the movable part 3 with respect to the fixed part 2 in the direction of the central axis O by means of a coil 8 provided to the fixed part 2 and magnets 7a, 7b provided to the movable part 3, wherein a magnetic thin film 9 is provided to the fixed part 2 or the coil 8.
