Abstract:
The present invention relates to a dual head-type alloy powder manufacturing apparatus, a 3D printer alloy powder having spherical particles, and a method for manufacturing 3D printer alloy powder having spherical particles. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the dual head-type alloy powder manufacturing apparatus comprises: a first supply head (11) for supplying a first metal powder (P) of a first metal material constituting an alloy powder (A); a second supply head (12) for supplying a second metal wire (W) of a second metal material constituting the alloy powder (A); a plasma torch (2) that heats the first metal powder (P) and decomposes, by plasma, the second metal wire (W) discharged from the second supply head (12); a reaction chamber (3) providing a certain space so that the heated first metal powder (P) and the second metal powder generated by the decomposition of the second metal wire (W) react to produce the alloy powder (A); and a gas sprayer (13) which sprays a certain gas (inert gas) into the reaction chamber (3) via at least one of the first supply head (11) or the second supply head (12) so as to scatter the first metal powder (P), the second metal powder, and the alloy powder (A). The dual head-type alloy powder manufacturing apparatus manufactures the spherical alloy powder (A) in which the first metal powder (P) and the second metal powder are alloyed.
