Abstract:
The method for forming an electrode protective layer for a dye-sensitized solar cell module comprises the steps of: forming a transparent electrode formed on a transparent substrate; printing a first collector of a conductive metal paste electrically connected and fixed to the transparent electrode on the transparent electrode; printing a second collector of a conductive metal paste, having a particle size less than that of the conductive metal paste of the first collector, on the first collector; and passivating an electrode protective layer on the second collector to protect the first collector and the second collector. The particle size of the conductive metal paste of the first collector is micro-sized, and the particle size of the conductive metal paste of the second collector is nanoscale. In particular, the first collector is printed as an Ag paste having a particle size of 1-20μm, and the second collector is printed as an Ag paste or an Ag ink having a particle size of 30-100nm, and is dried.
