Abstract:
A dynamic characteristic measurement method for a cylinder body of a non-intrusive axial plunger pump, relating to the field of state monitoring and fault detection. The cylinder body is a main rotating component of the axial plunger pump, and the dynamic characteristic of the cylinder body is more capable of reflecting the health condition of the pump than an external characteristic. In order to accurately obtain the dynamic characteristic of the cylinder body, a non-contact type measurement scheme is provided so as to reduce the influence of a detection device on the motion of the cylinder body. Cylinder body contour signals and radial displacement signals are obtained by measuring the radial displacement of two sections of the surface of the cylinder body under different working conditions in the directions perpendicular to each other, and then the cylinder body contour signals are accurately removed from the radial displacement signals to obtain the panning and tilting motion characteristics of the cylinder body. The present measurement method has the advantages of being high in test accuracy, simple in operation, low in cost, and capable of being used for actual working conditions, and has important significance for the monitoring of the health condition and fault diagnosis of the pumps.
