Abstract:
Disclosed is an elastic rubber body (1-1) for a suction chuck, the elastic rubber body being used in the suction chuck to adhere on a suction surface. The middle portion of the elastic rubber body (1-1) is bell-shaped, with a suction surface thereof being a concave surface (1-2), the periphery of the concave surface (1-2) being a conical surface (1-3), and a turning line (1-4) being provided between the concave surface (1-2) and the conical surface (1-3). When the elastic rubber body (1-1) of the suction chuck adheres tightly, the outermost circumference (1-9) and the innermost circumference (1-10) of the conical surface (1-3) are tightly adhered to the sucked surface. The elastic rubber body (1-1) is wrapped to form a convex ring (1-12), a suction chuck pressing plate (1-6) is provided over the elastic rubber body (1-1), and the suction chuck pressing plate (1-6) tightly presses the convex ring (1-12) on the elastic rubber body (1-1). The suction chuck overcomes the problem that the elastic rubber body of the suction chuck in the prior art is liable to be upturned at the bottom edge or the suction area of the elastic rubber body is not big enough. The elastic rubber body (1-1) provided has a large suction area and cannot be upturned at the suction edge.
