Abstract:
An electric jack and an electronic control system thereof, comprising: a support rod hinged to a front end cover, a support disc being disposed at the lower end of the support rod, and the support plate being connected with a bolt after being inserted in a support frame; the upper surface of the support plate is provided with an electronic control box and the lower surface is provided with three sets of casters connected by means of a spring telescopic mechanism; the support plate can be folded by means of hinges and an electric actuating mechanism is mounted in the middle thereof; the electric actuating mechanism comprises: a direct current motor, a decelerator, a gear box, a cylinder, a push rod, and a screw pair, the direct current motor being arranged parallel to the cylinder by means of the decelerator, two reversing gears being arranged between the decelerator and the screw pair, the power output of the direct current motor being transmitted to the screw pair, the screw pair being supported to rotate by means of a bearing, a screw nut driving the push rod to move linearly under the constraint of a guide key, and the push rod telescopically driving a load to rise and fall; and the electronic control system is composed of a power supply source, a motor driver, a control circuit, a power source conversion module, an operating box, and a limiting switch. The present electric jack and electronic control system thereof have a simple structure and can increase convenience and safety.
