Abstract:

A second anisotropic conductive sheet (1) comprises a non-conductive second sheet elastomer (1A) and third elastomers (1B) which are conductive between the front and back sides of the sheet and formed in the second sheet elastomer (1A). An anisotropic conductive sheet (2) comprises a non-conductive sheet elastomer (2A), and first elastomers (2B) and second elastomers (3B) which first and second elastomers are conductive between the front and back sides of the sheet and formed in the sheet elastomer (2A). The first elastomers (2B) are arranged in the same manner as the third elastomers (1B), and a wiring pattern (2C) for connecting the first elastomers (2B) and the second elastomers (3B) is formed in the sheet elastomer (2A). The second anisotropic conductive sheet (1) is superposed on the anisotropic conductive sheet (2) in such a manner that the third elastomers (1B) are in contact with the first elastomers (2B).
