Abstract:
An electrode assembly (100, 200) and a manufacturing method therefor, and a lithium battery. The electrode assembly (100, 200) comprises a first electrode plate (110, 210) and a second electrode plate (120, 220), and further comprises an aerogel layer (130, 230) for isolating the first electrode plate (110, 210) and the second electrode plate (120, 220). The aerogel layer (130, 230) is formed on a surface of the first electrode plate (110, 210) and/or a surface of the second electrode plate (120, 220) and comprises aerogel, the aerogel having a specific surface area of greater than 500m2/g and an average pore diameter of 10nm to 50nm. By the described way, the external impact resisting capability of the electrode assembly (100, 200) can be improved, the weight of the electrode assembly (100, 200) can be reduced, and the weight energy density of an energy storage element can be improved.
