Abstract:
The continuous use time of an electronic apparatus using a secondary battery
is prolonged by supplementing the power consumption by effectively utilizing
a light source and an extraneous light and a simple constitution. On the back of
a case (201) of a portable phone, a light source (204), a light-guide key sheet
(203) having operation keys (206), and a solar cell (202) are stacked. The operation
keys (206) are exposed to the outside through through-holes (208) of the solar
cell (202) and through-holes (207) of the case (201). The key sheet (203) guides
light from the light source (204) and light from outside the case (201) to the solar
cell (202) and guides light from the light source (204) to the operation keys (206).
The solar cell (202) receives the light from the light source (204) and from outside
the case (201) through the key sheet (203) and converts the light energy into electrical
energy to charge the secondary battery.
