Abstract:
Provided are an electronic cigarette atomizing core (4), an assembling method thereof and an atomizer, including an oil-conducting cotton (48), the oil-conducting cotton (48) includes at least a guide portion (481) at both ends and an abutment portion (482) at the middle part, the abutment portion (482) of the oil-conducting cotton (48) abuts against an upper surface of an ultrasonic atomization sheet (46) via an end of a spring (45), the width of the abutment portion (482) is greater than the width of the guide portion (481), and the abutment portion (482) covers the end of the spring (45), so that the end of the spring (45) is completely located in the abutment portion (482). When assembling, the spring (45) is firstly pressed against the abutment portion (482) of the oil-conducting cotton (48), and the end of the spring (45) is completely wrapped; then the guide portion (481) of the oil-conducting cotton (48) extends along a guide groove (441) of an inner sleeve (44), and the end of the guide portion (481) is bent toward an inner wall of the inner sleeve (44); a lower end of a fixing ring (43) is inserted into a second fixing hole (444), the end of the guide portion (481) is squeezed and fixed to the inner wall of the inner sleeve (44); finally, the inner sleeve (44) is inserted into an outer sleeve (42), so that an oil port (421) of the outer sleeve (42) is connected with the guide portion (481) of the oil-conducting cotton (48), and the assembling is completed.
