Abstract:
The present invention suppresses, in a solid-state imaging element provided with a transistor which initializes a differentiation circuit, voltage fluctuation caused by a switching noise of the transistor. A capacitance supplies a charge depending on a variable amount of a prescribed pixel voltage, to a prescribed input terminal. A voltage output unit outputs, from a prescribed output terminal, a voltage depending on the input voltage at the input terminal as an output voltage. A reset transistor controls the output voltage to an initial value by supplying one of a positive charge and a negative charge for a prescribed period when an instruction of initialization is given. A charge supply unit supplies the other of the positive charge and the negative charge after the prescribed period has elapsed.
