An electronic device applied to diving, and an electronic device system applied to diving and a control method for the electronic device system applied to diving. The electronic device system applied to diving comprises a master device (10) and a slave device (20). The control method is executed in the master device (10). The control method comprises: sending a positioning request signal to the slave device (20) by means of an ultrasonic transmitter (1140); receiving, by means of multiple ultrasonic receivers (1142), a feedback signal sent by the slave device (20), wherein the feedback signal is generated by the slave device (20) in response to the positioning request signal, and the feedback signal comprises water pressure data; calculating the relative distance between the master device and the slave device (20) according to the time difference between the sending time of the positioning request signal and the receiving time of the feedback signal, and a signal transmission speed; acquiring the relative directions of the slave device (20) and the master device (10) according to the direction of arrival of the feedback signal received by the ultrasonic receivers (1142); and calculating the relative depth between the master device and the slave device (20) according to the water pressure data in the feedback signal.
