Abstract:
A power relay device may be mounted to a cover which covers a portable power reception device, and may comprise: a coil; a power reception circuit which rectifies a power signal received from a power transmission device through the coil; a wireless communication circuit which is driven using the power signal received from the power reception circuit and communicates with the power transmission device and the power reception device by using the coil; and a relay control circuit which is driven using the power signal received from the power reception circuit and is electrically connected to the power reception circuit and the wireless communication circuit. The relay control circuit may be configured to: receive a first received power value indicating power consumed by the power reception device from the wireless communication circuit; and on the basis that the first received power value is received, transmit a second received power value indicating power consumed by the power relay device to the power transmission device by using the wireless communication circuit.
