An electronic device, according to various embodiments, including a substrate, on which electronic components are mounted, may comprise: a first electromagnetic interference (EMI) shield which shields the electronic components included in a first area of the substrate; and a second electromagnetic interference shield which is supported by at least a part of a first shield member and shields the electronic components included in a second area of the substrate.
