Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for preparing an enameled article, comprising a pretreatment step, an enamel spraying step and a sintering step. The pretreatment step comprises: removing enamel powder from a powder spraying rack (10) by jetting a gas onto the powder spraying rack (10); rinsing the powder spraying rack (10) by jetting an aqueous solution onto the powder spraying rack (10); hanging a base body of an article (20) on the powder spraying rack (10) and rinsing the base body of the article (20) by jetting a rinsing solution onto the base body of the article (20); and drying the base body of the article (20) by air-blowing the base body of the article (20). Also provided is an enameled article.
