An end cover machining method. The end cover comprises an annular part (10), which is made of a powder metallurgy material. Also disclosed is an end cover and a pipeline assembly. The pipeline assembly comprises a first pipeline (40), a second pipeline (50) and the end cover. The end cover comprises the annular part, the inner wall of the annular part is connected to the outer wall of the first pipeline, and the outer wall of the annular part is connected to the inner wall of the second pipeline. The powder metallurgy material is used for manufacturing the annular part. The porous characteristic of powder is fully utilized, and the surface roughness is increased; moreover, wetting of a solder is facilitated, and the molten solder can smoothly permeate into soldering contact surfaces with the first pipeline and the second pipeline, so that soldering effects between the inner wall of the annular part and the first pipeline, and between the outer wall of the annular part and the second pipeline are improved. The end cover machining method solves the problem of a poor soldering effect of a machining material, a first pipeline and a second pipeline.
