Abstract:
An endoscope 1 is provided with: an endoscope control part 3 that has a treatment tool insertion port 5 and a curved control lever 4 disposed at the base end side of an endoscope insertion part 2 having a curved section 2B; a first grip 6 which is situated at a location farther to the leading end side than the curved control lever 4 and which is for holding the endoscope control part 3 in a first holding state; a second grip 7 which is disposed at the base end side of the curved control lever 4 so as to extend therefrom and which is for holding the endoscope control part 3 in a second holding state; and attachment mounting parts 10 which are formed at the first grip 6 and the second grip 7 and to which an attachment 54 of a treatment tool control part 52 is attached in such a manner as to allow the curved control lever 4 and a slider 53 provided to a treatment tool 50 to be operated by the fingers of a hand holding one of the grips 6, 7.
