Abstract:
This endoscopic device is equipped with: one or more power generation units for individually supplying power to one or more target circuits of an endoscope; a scope information acquisition unit for acquiring from the endoscope scope information relating to the endoscope; one or more protection circuits provided on an individually corresponding basis to the one or more power generation units, and operating in one or more protection modes; and an operation controller which, on the basis of power control information corresponding to the scope information, controls the one or more power generation units, and selects one protection mode for each of the protection circuits.
