Abstract:
An engine control method, relating to the field of vehicle control, and applied to an engine of a vehicle. The method comprises: detecting whether a pipe where a throttle valve of the engine is located is frozen; if it is detected that the pipe where the throttle valve is located is frozen, determining a target idle speed according to the current idle speed of the engine, the target idle speed being greater than the current idle speed; and increasing the opening degree of the throttle valve of the engine according to the target idle speed, such that heat generated by the engine heats the pipe where the throttle valve is located. According to the method, the opening degree of the throttle valve is increased by increasing the target idle speed of the engine, such that the heat generated by the engine can heat the pipe where the throttle valve is located, ice on the pipe where the throttle valve is located is melted, and the problem that a throttle valve driving motor is locked due to freezing of the pipe where the throttle valve is located is solved. Also disclosed are an engine control apparatus, a computing device, a computer program, and a computer readable storage.
