Abstract:
An estimation model generation device for generating an estimation model for estimating the lifetime of a tool for repeated processing of a plurality of plate-like workpieces by applying a load thereto, on the basis of a load curve indicating a chronological change or positional change of a load applied to the tool. The estimation model generation device is provided with: an information acquisition unit that acquires the load curve of the tool coming to the end of lifetime due to repeated processing performed by using the tool; an estimation model generation unit that generates an estimation model for predicting a tool lifetime on the basis of the load curve and a tool lifetime from the time of acquisition of the load curve to the end of lifetime; and a storage unit that stores the estimation model.
