Abstract:
The present invention relates to an exercise assisting device for stimulating a muscle of the human body, wherein the exercise assisting device includes: a cover portion for pressing the human body through the contractility of the cover portion; and a band portion provided on the outer surface of the cover portion and having a pattern structure corresponding to a muscle shape of the human body, wherein the band portion is made of a material having a predetermined rigidity to generate resistance against a change in the muscle shape caused by the activity of the human body. Accordingly, in a user's muscle, a sense of pressure is primarily caused by the cover portion and a sense of resistance is secondly caused by the band portion.
