An external auditory canal-fitted earphone microphone, wherein it is made possible to collect biological sound and external environment sound without enlarging the case. A configuration is adopted in which a speaker unit 20 is disposed along with a microphone unit 14 in a case 12. In this configuration, an opening 12Bc for allowing the internal space C of the case 12 to communicate with the external space thereof is formed at the rear end of the case 12. The microphone unit 14 is configured in such a way that first and second sound-collecting holes 24a, 24b are formed, and further the first sound-collecting hole 24a is made to communicate with a sound-guiding hole 12a of the case 12, and the second sound-collecting hole 24b is made to communicate with the opening 12Bc of the case 12. Thus, it is made possible to collect biological sound from the first sound-collecting hole 24a, as well as to collect external environment sound from the second sound-collecting hole 24b in a single microphone unit 14, eliminating the need for using two microphone units as required in the past.
