Abstract:
An extract composition characterized by extraction from an organism containing
an enzyme capable of converting a toxic compound containing at least one element
selected from the group consisting of arsenic, antimony and selenium to a nontoxic
substance. A preferred example of the extract composition is characterized
in that the above enzyme is methylase and/or methyl transferase.
