Abstract:
The present invention relates to an extracting and separating method of natural cis- ligustilide, comprising the steps of pretreatment and pulverize procedure, high gear exacting procedure, and separating and purify procedure. This method have the advantages of low toxicity, safe to use, high yields and high purity, and are suitable to industrial production. The present invention also provides the use of cis- ligustilide obtained by the above-mentioned extract method in manufacture the medicines for treating and preventing the microcirculation disorder related diseases.
