Abstract:
An extremely-fast absorption core, a method for preparing same, and use thereof. The extremely-fast absorption core comprises a liquid-permeable top sheet and/or a back sheet, as well as a three-dimensional knitted structure arranged on the surface of the top sheet or the back sheet or between the top sheet and the back sheet. The three-dimensional knitted structure comprises a top layer (1), a fiber tow layer (2), and a bottom layer (3) that are sequentially stacked, the top layer (1) and the bottom layer (3) are formed by weaving fibers, and the fiber tow layer (2) is formed by arranging fiber tows in an "8"-shaped cross mode. Water-absorbent resin particles fill between the three-dimensional knitted structure and the top sheet and/or the back sheet and inside the three-dimensional knitted structure. The extremely-fast absorption core enables a large amount of liquid to be attracted by the top layer (1) of the three-dimensional knitted structure at the moment of being in contact with the three-dimensional knitted structure and quickly transferred downwards along the fiber tow layer (2); meanwhile, the water-absorbent resin particles dispersed in surrounding gaps are transversely diffused to facilitate rapid absorption of the polymer water-absorbent resin, so that rapid absorption of the liquid is realized.
