Abstract:
A fine powder of N-(1-((2,4-diamino-6-pteridinyl)methyl)-3,4-dihydro-2H-1,4-benzothiazine-7-carbonyl)-L-$g(a)-aminoadipic acid can be prepared by subjecting a crystalline powder of the acid to impact milling or jet milling. Oral solid preparations containing the fine powder as the active ingredient are not impaired in stability, permit quick release of the active ingredient, and are guaranteed to exhibit a high content uniformity.
