1. A method providing production of two different fabric types, namely pile and pileless fabrics used in manufacture of home textiles, at pile fabric machine of unlimited characteristic features and wherein; applications of the yarn sequence on the comb by repeating 3 pieces or 4 pieces of ground yarns and 1 piece of pile yarn.

2. A fabric consisting of two different fabric types, namely pile and pileless fabrics used in home textiles, at pile fabric machine of unlimited characteristic features, characterized by comprising repeating of 3 pieces or 4 pieces of ground yarns and 1 piece of pile yarn in yarn sequence.

Description:
A FABRIC WITH AND WITHOUT PILE AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF

Technical Field

The invention relates to a fabric produced at pile fabric machine with unlimited character features comprising two different fabric types namely, with pile and without pile used in home textile products and a production method.

The invention particularly relates to a fabric comprising a yarn sequencing repeating in 3 pieces or 4 pieces of ground yarn and 1 piece of pile yarn.

Present State of the Art

The fabrics having structure called “pile” formed by means of yarns placed on fabric to form different surface features and extending outward from ground in loop and tuft form are called “pile fabrics”.

Today machines where fabrics can be manufactured are divided into two namely, “pile fabric machine” and pileless fabric machine". Pile fabric can not be woven at “pileless fabric machine”. Pileless fabric can be woven at “pile fabric machine” but pileless fabric and pile fabric cannot be produced at the same time without making changes in machine construction and preparation stage.

In the related art if the target fabric is intended to be produced , it is needen to weave in two separate machines. a) Firstly, the fabric should be woven at “pile fabric machine” to weave “pile fabric” part. b) Then, the fabric should be woven at “jacquard, pileless or pile fabric machine” to weave “pileless fabric” part. c) The produced fabrics are subjected to separate dyeing and finishing operations as per features thereof. d) In order to join two different fabrics after finishing, sewing process called ‘quilting’ or manual controlled ‘stopstitch’ process should be applied. (If joining process is not conducted, increase in 2 nd quality amount arising from slipping in confectionary stage is encountered. Bag effect occurs in end user, which is not a desired thing.) e) Joined fabrics sent to confectionary are subjected to processes needed for obtaining final product. Then it is packaged and prepared for sale.

As a result, due to above-described disadvantages and inadequacy of existing solutions it has been necessary to make development in the related art.

Brief Description of the Invention

The present invention relates to a pile and pileless fabric and production method meeting the needs mentioned above, eliminating all disadvantages and providing some additional advantages.

The primary purpose of the invention is to minimize the cost by eliminating some labor and resource usage by using a single machine in production.

Another purpose of the invention is to obtain double-layered fabric equivalent to pile fabric weight in current production due to the reduction in pile yarns.

Another purpose of the invention is to make it possible to produce two fabric types with different production processes and characteristics at the same batch, by going beyond the known settings during preliminary preparation and weaving without changing-amending current order of the machine.

In order to achieve above mentioned purposes, the invention is a method providing production of two different fabric types, namely pile and pileless fabrics used in manufacture of home textiles, at pile fabric machine of unlimited characteristics comprising; applications of yarn sequence on the comb (crest) by repeating 3 pieces or 4 pieces of ground yarns and 1 piece of pile yarn.

In order to achieve above mentioned purposes, the invention is fabric consisting of two different fabric types, namely pile and pileless fabrics used in home textiles, at pile fabric machine of unlimited characteristics comprising repeating yarn sequence with 3 pieces or 4 pieces of ground yarns and 1 piece of pile yarn.

The structural and characteristics features of the invention and all advantages will be understood better in detailed descriptions with the figures given below and with reference to the figures, and therefore, the assessment should be made taking into account the said figures and detailed explanations.

Brief Description of the Drawings

Figure 1 is an illustrative view of cloth fabric weaving scheme at present basic weaving.

Figure 2 is an illustrative view of present pile fabric 1 ground, 1 pile weaving scheme.

Figure 3 is an illustrative view of present pile fabric 2 ground ,2 pile weaving scheme.

Figure 4 is an illustrative view of pile fabric of invention with 2 ground, 1 pile weaving scheme.

The drawings are not necessarily to be scaled and the details not necessary for understanding the present invention might have been neglected. In addition, the components which are equivalent to great extent at least or have equivalent functions at least have been assigned the same number.

Detailed Description of the Invention

In this detailed description, the pile and pileless fabric and production method of product of the invention have been described in a manner not forming any restrictive effect and only for purpose of better understanding of the matter.

The invention is a method providing production of two different fabric types, namely pile and pileless fabrics used in manufacture of home textiles, at pile fabric machine of unlimited characteristics. In the method of the invention, repetitive of 3 pieces or 4 pieces of ground yarns and 1 piece of pile yarn are applied in yarn sequence on the comb.

The invention is a fabric consisting of two different fabric types, namely pile and pileless fabrics used in home textiles, at pile fabric machine of unlimited characteristics. Fabric of the invention consists of repetitive of 3 pieces or 4 pieces of ground yarns and 1 piece of pile yarn are applied in yarn sequence.

Fabric and production method of the invention is described in details below. In comparison of the present technique, number of yarn per unit quantity at ground warder’s beam (for pile fabric) is reduced; number of yarn needed for pileless fabric is added instead of it. Number of yarn per unit amount at raw warder’s beam is reduced by half. Thus, twin fabric (bathrobe fabric) is provided at one time.

After weaving process the bathrobe becoming twin fabric undergoes dyeing-washing- grinding processes and becomes ready for use. The above mentioned 3 processes are called finishing and are standard processes in the related art.

In current “pile fabric weaving loom’ the yarns on the comb are sequenced as 1 piece on ground 1 piece on pile yarn or 2 pieces on ground 2 pieces on pile yarn (Figure-2 and Figure- 3). The yarns referred to as ground are woven with weft yarns and forms texture by keeping piles formed by yarns named tuft.

In order to provide better understanding, Figure 1 shows schematized view of pictured fabric fold of intermediate product at basic pattern formation. Figure 4 shows schematic view of positions of pile fabric ground and pile yarns of intermediate fabric of the invention according to their positions to one another.

The sequence in said invention: Repeating as 3 pieces or 4 pieces of ground yarn and 1 piece of pile yarn. 3 pieces of 6 pieces ground yarns forms pattern with wefts and forms texture that pile tufts can hold. The pile fabric of the invention is formed together with the pile threads held to this texture.

Remaining 3 or 4 pieces of ground yarns forms pattern with wefts and pattern pileless fabric fold is formed.

In the formation process of the fabric, wefts forming ‘pileless fabric’ form pattern with grounds forming pile fabric in the places in fabric not included to texture and provides inter-fabric connection. This eliminates need for joining two formed fabrics and thus minimizes cost.

After finishing the product goes into confectionary and modelling stage and becomes ready for end user. These processes are also standard processes.

This invention is used in production of some home textile products mainly morning gowns and bathrobes. The product of the invention reduces two processes of dyeing-finishing to one single process. This minimizes the cost by eliminating the use of some resources and labor in the dye finishing process.

Sales appeal and market power of the product manufactured from fabric made by unlimited characteristic jacquard machine under our invention are superior to the products made from fabrics produced by present production and costs are equal or made deemed equal. Thus, competitive power of the products made from this fabric will be much more.
