Abstract:
Disclosed is a fan-free indoor heat exchanger for an air source heat pump air conditioner and having a built-in heat storage medium, comprising a housing. The housing consists of an A-type plate and a B-type plate. The A-type plate consists of first and second manifolds and an A-type heat exchanger column. The B-type plate consists of first and second manifolds and a B-type heat exchanger column. The A-type column is a metal profile having fins provided on a single surface thereof. The B-type column is a metal profile having fins provided on both surfaces thereof. Refrigerant copper tubes pass through hollow parts of the heat exchanger columns, and are serpentine tubes. Elbows on both ends of the refrigerant copper tubes are embedded into the first and second manifolds, respectively. The A-type plate and the B-type plate are in communication with each other via manifold connection tubes to form a closed space in which a heat storage medium is filled. The first manifold is provided with a heat storage medium filling hole and an air exhaust hole. A condensate drain pan is provided on the bottom of the heat exchanger. The refrigerant tube is led out from the second manifold and then connected to an outdoor unit. The indoor heat exchanger of the present invention refrigerates and heats by means of radiation, and improves the operation efficiency and the thermal comfort of a set. The heat storage medium can reduce the temperature fluctuation during defrosting and extend the refrigeration and heating effects.
