Abstract:
This filter unit (1) comprises: a housing (200) that includes a first wall part (210) having a light-transmitting part, a second wall part (220) that faces the first wall part (210), and a surrounding part (230) that surrounds a region between the first wall part (210) and the second wall part (220); a Fabry-Perot interference filter (10) that includes a pair of mirror parts facing each other in a first direction, the distance therebetween being variable, and that is disposed inside the housing (200) so as to overlap with the light-transmitting part when viewed from the first direction; a wiring substrate (4) that is attached to the housing (200) so that at least a portion thereof is embedded in the surrounding part (230), and that is electrically connected to the Fabry-Perot interference filter (10); and an adhesive member (7) that is disposed between the wiring substrate (4) and the housing (200).
