A fixing and locking structure, comprising an inner cylinder (1), a chuck (2), and an outer cylinder (3) which are sleeved outside a catheter; the chuck (2) is cylindrical; a first cavity (31) for accommodating the chuck is formed in a first end of the outer cylinder (3); a first end of the inner cylinder (1) is connected to the first end of the outer cylinder (3); one end of the chuck (2) abuts against the first end of the inner cylinder (1), and the other end abuts against the inner wall of the outer cylinder (3) corresponding to the first cavity (31); two ends of the chuck (2) are each provided with a clamping portion; and pressure connection portions are formed at abutting joints between the inner cylinder (1) and one clamping portion and between the outer cylinder (3) and the other clamping portion; and when the first end of the inner cylinder (1) is connected to the first end of the outer cylinder (3), the pressure connection portions press the clamping portions to contract inwards.
