A flavor composition and an e-liquid comprising the flavor composition. The flavor composition comprises the following substances in parts by weight: 0.5-1.0 part of methyl 2-methylbutyrate, 4-7 parts of ethyl 2-methylbutyrate, 5-8 parts of isoamyl 2-methylbutyrate, 0.3-1.0 part of methyl N-methylanthranilate, 0.1-0.5 parts of methyl butyrate, 0.5-1.0 parts of trans-3-hexenol, 12-25 parts of 2-hexenal, 1.0-2.0 parts of hexyl hexanoate, 1.0-1.5 parts of ethyl hexanoate, 6-10 parts of methylanthranilate, 4-5 parts of leaf alcohol, 0.3-0.8 parts of propyl acetate, 5.0-6.0 parts of hexyl acetate, 20-30 parts of isoamyl acetate, and 20-22 parts of isoamyl isovalerate. The e-liquid effectively improves user experience.
