Abstract:
Provided is a flexible rehabilitation glove based on hybrid drivers, which comprises five hybrid drivers and a driver control box (10). Each hybrid driver comprises a driver tail end mounting base (1), a flexible driver (2), a TPFE water pipe (3), a flexible driver front section mounting base (4), a flexible driver air pipe (5), an air pipe connecting base II (6), an SMA spring driver (7), an air pipe connecting base I (8), and a cooling water pipe (9). An air pump (15), a filter (16), a water pump, a water tank (17), a proportional valve (18) and a control circuit board (19) are arranged inside the driver control box (10). The filter (16) is respectively connected to the air pump (15) and the proportional valve (18). The exterior of the driver control box (10) comprises a driver control box body, a control box cover (11), a main switch (12), a button (13), and a voltage display (14). The flexible rehabilitation glove combines the characteristics of large output torque and high SMA force-to-mass ratio of the flexible driver (2), solves the problem that a traditional driver can only move unidirectionally, drives fingers of a patient to move bidirectionally, and provides enough bidirectional working torque and working space for the patient.
