A flexible tobacco heating assembly and a production process therefor. The flexible tobacco heating assembly comprises a flexible electric heating sheet (1). The electric heating sheet (1) comprises at least one electric heating trajectory (11), and is provided with a flexible insulating layer (2) on the surface thereof. The production process for the flexible tobacco heating assembly comprises: step I: selecting a substrate of an electric heating sheet (1), and processing an electric heating trajectory in the substrate by using a cutting technology, a stamping technology, or an etching technology; and step II: providing a flexible insulating layer (2) on a surface of the electric heating sheet (1) with the electric heating trajectory (11), the flexible insulating layer (2) being provided on the surface of the electric heating sheet by means of one of a surface coating technology, a die injection molding technology, a die ceramic-injection technology, and a surface spraying technology. Compared with the prior art, the flexible tobacco heating assembly and the production process therefor are simple in structure, convenient in implement, low in implement cost, flexible and convenient in application, good in heating effect, excellent in heating uniformity, and excellent in user experience.
