A floating platform-based multi-energy power generation system, which is specifically a TLP floating platform-based fan-oscillating water column-type wave energy integrated power generation system, comprising an offshore wind power generation system and an oscillating water column-type wave energy power generation device; the offshore wind power generation system comprises a fan (1) and a tower (2); and the oscillating water column-type wave energy power generation device (3) comprises an outer shell body of the wave energy power generation device, an air chamber (10) and an air turbine generator (9). The present system may make full use of offshore renewable resources to achieve the purpose of improving the utilization rate of the TLP platform and reducing the total cost, which thereby improves economic efficiency.
