A fluid pumping system using an electroosmotic pump comprises: a container in which a fluid to be transferred is stored; a first transfer line and a second transfer line connected in parallel from the container; the electroosmotic pump of which a first electrode is connected to the first transfer line and a second electrode is connected to the second transfer line; a first valve mounted between the container and the electroosmotic pump on the first transfer line; a second valve mounted between the container and the electroosmotic pump on the second transfer line; a third transfer line for connecting the first electrode of the electroosmotic pump and a fluid output end; a fourth transfer line for connecting the second electrode of the electroosmotic pump and the fluid output end; a third valve mounted between the electroosmotic pump and the fluid output end on the third transfer line; and a fourth valve mounted between the electroosmotic pump and the fluid output end on the fourth transfer line.
